My name is Christina Phillips, and I am the owner and HR Consultant for Thrive HR Services, LLC. My name and reputation fuels my brand, and I am committed to delivering excellence and value added service to all of my clients, big or small, newly formed or well established.
I am a Senior Human Resources Professional with over 17 years of experience building strong company cultures, measurable analytics, compliant and fair processes, as well as strong, dynamic, and trusted relationships across all levels of organizations I’ve had the opportunity to serve. Over my career, I have developed extensive organizational, people, and leadership skills which reach between cross-functional teams and organizations. I have implemented and managed several HRIS, ATS, and HCM platforms, as well as built full internal HR departments for startup organizations.
I have experience with multi-state employers as well as unionized and non-unionized environments.
I am deeply passionate about leadership, culture, morale, and productivity, and truly excel at bridging gaps in communication or process that may exist (both internal and external). I am incredibly skilled at employee relations and investigations, and provide thorough investigatory processes that are fair, discreet, compliant, and ensure equitable treatment for all involved.
While my expertise brings a lot to the table, I believe in delivering additional value whenever possible. It is for that very reason I have meticulously filled my “HR Toolbox” with value added software capabilities such as BLR’s HR HERO, as well as dedicated licensed handbooks created and updated in real time for my clients.
